Who Do We Admit?
The Master of Technology Management (MTM) at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) is a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) degree program that teaches you to become a tech leader. A tech leader is one who builds and manages technical teams, develops and launches new products, and starts and runs new companies.
Factors we consider important for admission include the following:
- Your interest in pursuing a career in the tech industry
- Your undergraduate degree
- Your grade point average (GPA)
- Your testing scores (GRE and/or GMAT)
- Your academic and extracurricular pursuits
In some cases, we might also interview you before admission.
