Ray Link

Ray served as executive vice president and CFO of FEI Company from 2005 to 2015. FEI is a leading supplier of instruments for scientific applications. Prior to FEI, Ray was the CFO of TriQuint Semiconductor.  Ray is a licensed certified public accountant (Oregon) and has an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is on the board of directors of Form Factor, Inc. (NASDAQ: FORM), Electro Scientific Industries (NASDAQ: ESIO) and nLight Inc. He is also a Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors and is a frequent speaker on finance and accounting topics. He and his wife Jill moved to Santa Barbara from Portland in 2015.
