UC Santa Barbara's Master of Technology Management (MTM) is a graduate degree like none other. In an intensive, nine-month program, you'll learn how to use AI, build businesses with AI, and lead organizations through AI-driven change. In this online event, you’ll learn more about MTM’s distinctive curriculum that prepares early- and mid-career professionals for the demands of today’s AI-driven economy and for the decision-making future technologies will require. Hear from MTM 2026 alum Andy Quach, who will share about his experiences in the program and how it prepared him for his current role in an AI Builder residency program.
Meet Our Speaker: Andy Quach (MTM '26)
Andy Quach is a member of Klaviyo’s inaugural AI Builder Residency program in Boston, where he builds agent workflows, internal tooling, and AI-powered automations. A 2026 graduate of UCSB’s MTM program, he came in with 10 years of enterprise sales and GTM experience at companies like Twilio and Scalable before making the jump into building. During the program he founded CoListable, a cross-listing platform for watch dealers. He and his team built it using AI-native dev tools and pitched it as a finalist at the UCSB New Venture Competition.
