Danielle Morales

Danielle Morales is a Ph.D. student who joined the program in the fall of 2023, holding a B.A. and M.A. in Sociology. With a decade of professional experience emphasizing educational equity and operations management in hospitality and real estate, Danielle brings a wealth of practical insight to her academic pursuits. Throughout her career, Danielle has contributed to various research projects across social science disciplines, investigating topics such as identity work, ritualistic behavior, and pedagogical practices. Presently, she directs her scholarly focus towards examining the societal implications of disruptive technologies, particularly their agentic capabilities in reshaping industries, social structures, and norms.
