Nels Henderson

Lecturer
Nels Henderson has over 25 years of experience in teaching marketing-related courses through Antioch University and UC Santa Barbara. He and his wife Alexis own and manage Santa Barbara Mobile Notary and Santa Barbara Legal Docs.
Nels has held numerous leadership positions for non-profit boards of directors and political organizations in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties including President of the Board of Directors for Sarah House, Citizens Planning Association, and Citizens Planning Foundation. At 23, Nels was the youngest political party central committee chair in the State of California.
Nels served as an aide to former Congressional Rep. Walter Capps and has run political campaigns at the local, state, and federal levels. In the 2010s, he was a web manager for GoToMyPC and GoToAssist for Citrix.
He has received extensive training in Agile Methodology and is a Certified Digital Marketing Professional through the Digital Marketing Institute.
Nels and his wife Alexis are parents to a freshman at UC Santa Cruz. He is an avid chess player and soccer fanatic. He enjoys working out at the gym, learning Pilates, and cooking family meals.
