Alumni Spotlight: Liva Lagestrand (Class of 2019)
After graduating with a degree in business management and marketing from California Lutheran University, Liva Lagestrand joined the MTM Program to help her develop the technical skills needed to thrive in the software industry. “The nine-month program would accelerate my career and growth from being a technical employee to more of a leader at a company,” says Liva, now a Senior Product Manager at InvestNext.

Alumni Spotlight: Kelsey Judd (Class of 2016)
An electrical engineer, Kelsey Judd wanted to advance his career in leadership and found UCSB’s MTM Program to be the perfect accelerated program to grow his technical management skills. “MTM focuses a lot on how companies work and how to structure teams to be successful. It also focuses a lot on the soft skills of leadership” says Kelsey, now a Program Manager at Redwire Space.
