Figge, Patrick

Patrick Figge is in the final year of his Ph.D. at the University of Passau, Germany. He is a research associate and lecturer at the department of Organisation, Technology Management and Entrepreneurship.

Patrick's research examines how new and established organizations use dispersed knowledge to stay competitive while facing increasingly fast-paced technology landscapes. He focuses on how teams tap into collective knowledge and how company founders increase the innovativeness of inventor teams.

Prior to his Ph.D. studies, Patrick worked as a strategy consultant for Roland Berger, a global management consulting firm. Patrick earned his Master of Science Degree at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in the Netherlands.
