The Professional Degree Program Coordinator supports recruitment, admissions, and overall operations for a professional graduate degree program. The role manages CRM systems and outreach campaigns, analyzes prospect and event data, and partners with faculty and staff to strengthen the recruitment pipeline. The Coordinator also oversees the full application and financial aid process, ensuring complete and compliant files and timely communication with applicants and the Graduate Division. In addition, the position supports program operations through event coordination, reporting, faculty communications, and research to advance program visibility and growth.
