Kim Miller

The Financial Manager oversees all financial operations for the Technology Management Department, including budgeting, post-award research administration, purchasing, gift management, and payroll. In collaboration with the Business Officer, the role ensures compliance with university, federal, and sponsor regulations while supporting faculty with financial planning, spending projections, and award management. The Financial Manager also develops internal financial procedures, supervises financial staff, and provides strategic guidance to advance the department’s fiscal stewardship and research mission.
