Joshua is based in the Bay Area and is a graduate of the inaugural MTM Class of 2016 and is currently a Strategic Solutions Engineer at Varonis, the leading Data Security Posture Management platform. He was previously a Go-to-market Customer Success Leader and Senior Director at Accelo, a professional service automation software startup.
Shelby currently works for Amazon Web Services and
Supriya is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Meta. She worked as a Software Engineer in India for seven years before joining MTM.
Q: Why did you want to join the MTM graduate program?
Muhammad joined the MTM program after receiving his B.A. in Management and Information Systems from Ozyegin University in Istanbul, Turkey.

Jakov completed his undergraduate degree in Sociology and the undergraduate certificate in Technology Management at UCSB before joining the MTM graduate program.
Q: Why did you want to join the MTM graduate program?
Lenoy has a background in chemical engineering and has extensive experience in the life sciences industry, spanning biotechnology, medical devices, and clinical diagnostics. He has led business transformation, process improvements, and product implementations across multiple groups in operations, supply chain, and program management in both consulting and functional roles.
Q: Why did you want to join the MTM graduate program?
Killian arrived to UCSB from London, England, after completing his bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Q: Why did you want to join the MTM graduate program?
Before joining the MTM program, Valeria worked in finance, tech, and startup environments across Europe and North America, and she received her Bachelor of Economics and Management from McGill University.
Q: Why did you join the MTM program?
Michael studied chemistry and dance at UC Berkeley before joining the MTM program. He is currently a Director in Engineering Project Management at Apeel.
