She is a new product development expert with extensive experience in global marketing, manufacturing, and technical development. Astrid has a reputation for creating high performing teams in environments ranging from century-old corporations to brand new start-ups. She is the Managing Director of MoonStar Partners, a consulting group dedicated to enabling leaders to accelerate their businesses through project management, leadership training and process development. Astrid has PMP and CSM certification, is a co-inventor on two patents and holds two degrees from MIT.
