Sarah Touzani

Sarah Touzani is a Ph.D. student in Technology Management. She spent over a decade in banking, consulting, and tech, including as COO of a fintech, before co-founding Waggle AI, a platform that turned workplace conversations into feedback and learning for teams. Validating the product's impact led her to INSEAD, where she spent a year as a research assistant. When the findings challenged the product's core assumptions, she closed the company to pursue research full-time. She studies how AI changes the way teams think together: how they coordinate, make sense of problems, and exercise judgment when AI joins the conversation.
